COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook poultry to an internal minimum temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit as measured with a food thermometer before removing food from the heat source.
HOW TO MEASURE COOKED CHICKEN TEMPERATURES
i. Use a food thermometer

ii. Clean and sanitize the thermometer using a suitable sanitizer
​
iii. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the bird/part
​
iv. Safe minimum temperature should be at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
i. Store frozen chicken at 0 degrees Fahrenheit for up to one year
​
ii. Chilled chicken should be stored at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or less and should be used before the sell-by date or 4 days after the slaughter date.
